I bake at least once a week. It's a good time for me to explore and test recipes that are available online. It's exploration mode in Melbourne, the ingredients are even more extensive as compared to Singapore. However, most of them are all very seasonal, just have to catch them when they are available! My bakes are all shot on Canon 6D Mark II, 50mm lens. Photos are then edited using Lightroom and they are available here.
